This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

When you access the website, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data to deliver the site and provide security features such as DDoS protection and bot detection. This may include:

  • IP address

  • Operating system
  • Time of access
  • Pages visited
  • Referrer URL

These data are necessary to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website.

IONOS (Domain Registrar)

When you use the contact form, the following data are processed:

These data are not stored permanently but are used only to reply to your inquiry.

Processing via Cloudflare Workers & Resend

Form submissions are processed by:

  • Cloudflare Workers (serverless backend)
  • Resend, Inc. (email delivery service, USA)

The submitted data are transferred through these services and then sent as an email to my private email address.

Purpose of Processing

Your data are used solely to communicate with you.

Legal basis:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/inquiry),
  • or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

6. Server Logs

I do not create or store any server logs myself, as the website runs entirely on Cloudflare Pages.
However, Cloudflare may automatically generate technical logs used exclusively for security and stability.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data

Personal data are shared only:

  • with the service providers mentioned in this policy (Cloudflare, Resend),
  • when legally required,
  • or when you explicitly consent.

There is no sharing of data for advertising purposes.
